Congrats to Louis Farmer and boyfriend Joseph Butcher on your engagement. Louis has a heart of gold and this couldn’t have happen to a more deserving person.

I was having a bad day at work as usual. My home-girl Maria Batista had me cracking up to ease my aggravation.In the afternoon , Joseph came to my job to surprise me with flowers, which is not that unusual. What was unusual was the ring box he presented to me and said:
“Will you marry me?”
For the first time, in a long time, i was speechless.
Within the last several months I’ve had to deal with death and sickness in my family, feeling unappreciated and not utilized at work, missing my deceased mother, and other issues, but my love for Joseph never wavered.
Within the first 3 months of our relationships he had unforeseen health issues in relation to his spinal cord. Instinctively i jumped to action advocating for him, as well as being there for him night and day. Many people felt i was taking on too much too soon, but my love for him was , and still is strong and unyielding!
I didn’t think i could love like this again because when Ive been hurt, i HURT! However, i refused to be bitter, just better!!!
This morning I prayed at my ancestor altar, asking for a blessing today, because I was feeling overwhelmed.
I guess they heard me!
